South Africa’s Julius Malema: an example to follow for Africa’s progress

Julius Malema, a South African, is a pan-African, courageous, brave and inspiring man who began his political career alongside Mandela in his political party when he was very young. Over time, he realized that the values of his political party were no longer in line with his own. According to him, this party was corrupt and involved in theft and embezzlement. To this end, he decided to leave it and create his own. But how many people in Africa can have such bravery?

Most Africans are unable to leave their political party despite the derivatives, because they feel they have already sacrificed a lot of time and energy for it. This attitude is deplorable, and it’s important not to support corruption in the name of loyalty to a leader. A person who really wants to see things move forward must be able to leave the table when respect is no longer being served.

Julius Malema’s reaction to the European request during his trial

Although this gentleman started from scratch, he succeeded in founding his own party and is now very influential in South Africa, especially among the enlightened youth. He advocated equality between the races and denounced the inferiority complex many blacks had towards Europeans.

The politician Julius Malema

It’s important to note that South Africa is still largely controlled by Europeans, who hold the majority of the country’s land. The South Africans therefore submitted a request to reclaim the land, which they called “take back the land”. However, at their request, the Europeans forced them to buy back the land, believing it to be an inheritance left by their ancestors and that they had control over it. Thus, Julius refuses to give in to white demands for the return of these lands with compensation, asserting that these Europeans must also pay for the damage caused during colonial history.

Julius Malema’s message to Africa

If you want me to stop supporting my black brothers, you can keep your votes to yourself, because I would never do that”: these are the words of Julius Malema. This man defied his entire population, who did not accept his ideology of being at peace with and supporting Africans. Indeed, South Africans have a certain aversion to Africans, who engage in unacceptable and illicit behavior. Malema’s ideology does not advocate this division. Julius also believes that South Africa’s enemies are not black Africans, but rather Europeans.

Malema also criticizes corrupt politicians who seek to enrich themselves at the expense of the people. Many rise to power with a spirit of beggary that makes them forget the objective. It’s important to stand up to such people and not give in to their empty promises. Also, some French-speaking countries lack courage, corrupt politicians are not held accountable for their actions because there is no one to ask questions, no one to stand up.

Julius Malema’s strength and courage are to be congratulated. An inspiring politician who’s not afraid to challenge the powerful and fight for what he believes in. It calls on the French-speaking African community to become more aware, and encourages citizens to oppose corruption and hold their leaders to account. He takes Nigeria as an example, because they’re not hypocrites and they don’t let themselves be taken for a ride; they say things openly to people without any fear, and they help each other.
