Ongoing tensions in Africa: Between airspace violations and aspirations for self-management

African stories are always tense. Generally, when you go to people’s homes, you don’t stay if you’re not welcome. When it’s time to eat, for example, the situation becomes serious. A self-respecting person leaves without complaint, with a minimum of respect and dignity.

Burkina Faso airspace violated

“At the moment, there are many violations of our airspace, but we are trying to deal with them cooperatively”: asserted one of Burkina Faso’s leaders. Indeed, there have been accusations of violation of Burkina Faso’s airspace, undermining its national integrity. The government held a series of meetings with political and civil society leaders to discuss the security situation and call for mobilization against terrorism.

Burkina Faso deplores violations of its airspace and sends evidence to those concerned. The Minister of Defense mentioned that an apology had nevertheless been made, and stressed the importance of honor and respect when leaving someone’s home.

A hint of hidden interests

Sometimes, when things don’t work out, it’s better to leave without forcing things. You can’t force friendship or love. If this doesn’t work, it’s best to leave without insisting. Burkina Faso says it doesn’t need foreign soldiers to fight terrorism. They prefer to use their own means.

There was much discussion about Russia’s presence in Burkina Faso. There are suspicions about their intentions. If the Russians are there to exploit the wealth, it’s best to admit it openly. Why send soldiers for hidden interests? After the death of Gaddafi, a leader who wanted to see Africa develop, events in Burkina Faso created pockets of terrorism and armed groups that did not exist before. So there’s a suspicion of manipulation on the part of those seeking to put out the fire they started.

Mali has also reported violations of its airspace by 50 insurgents. It has expressed its right to self-defense if its sovereignty and security are threatened. The Malian government requested a special session to present its evidence, but France denied the accusations and rejected the request.

Africans must unite

It’s essential that Africans get together and understand the situation. Union is necessary to enable African countries to develop without outside intervention. Africans should be left to manage their own affairs without any problems or difficulties. The people are not the problem, but rather the elite who must act in the interests of the people.

In conclusion, it’s time to let Africans develop peacefully on their own continent, without outside intervention, because clearly Europe doesn’t want Africans. Africans should be left to manage their own affairs without complications.
